how can you see into my eyes like open doors?
LEADING YOU DOWN INTO MY CORE WHERE I'VE BEEN SO NUMB
- Slayer Capabilities. Sharing the bond of a slayer with his twin sister allows him all of the capabilities of slayers, minus prophetic dreams. This includes superhuman strength, durability, reflexes, sensing and healing. He is also considerably faster than a normal person, and more resilient.
- Inner Strength. Alexandre is the type of guy who isn't afraid of standing up for what he believes in, and fighting for what he believes in. In essence, he is a martyr, and would risk his own life to save another's.
- Artistic. Alexandre grew up sketching, and therefore has developed quite the skill in the art. When he sets his mind on an image, he is able to sketch it, presenting an accurate representation of the image, in extensive detail.
- Physically Fit. Aside from his superhuman capabilities as a slayer, Alexandre is generally in great shape. He doesn't slow down as easily, and is able to maintain a degree of balance in maintaining energy in comparison to many others.
- Caring. Although Alexandre may come over strong at times, he generally is a very caring person and hates seeing other people's mood down. He considers how other people care and react, in many ways showing a degree of empathy.
- Over-Protective. This ties in with his nature for caring, and the ordeal he went through with the death of his sister. When he feels he can trust someone and call them a friend, he sees them as someone he needs to look out for. Not because he is a slayer, or anything, but just because of the guilt he feels for losing people.
- Pretty-Boy. He has the look of a young man who couldn't win a fight if his life depended on it, but this is far from the truth. Although he prefers to shy away from that area, he does have the natural instinct within him. Due to having the 'pretty-boy' look, he doesn't have much difficulty in finding relationships.
- Mostly Fearless. Other than his fear for losing people, Alexandre generally doesn't fear very much and isn't afraid of those situations when many would cringe in.
- Fighting Capabilities. Unbeknowest that he would become a slayer, Alexandre has undertaken 'Savate', a form of martial arts training in France, which he had undertaken for the majority of his tenure there. He learned how to attack with his hands, and feet viciously, therefore having fine-tuned knowledge of how to take down opponents.
- Independent. Alexandre knows what it takes to survive on his own, as he has been doing it for quite some time now. He isn't afraid of being alone, though he generally doesn't like it. He knows how to handle himself in most situations and has become a stronger person because of the experiences he has had being alone.
- His Heart. Although under-utilized due to it being broken, his heart is one of his most lethal weapons. When he sets his heart on something, he will have the thirst and desire to reach the goal or target, showing more resiliency than ever.
- Agile. Although he has the power to back him up, he prefers to avoid most fighting situations altogether. He uses his quick speed and quick thinking to manuover out of hazardous situations where he can avoid harm altogether.
WEAKNESSES
- Guilt. His guilt for losing his sister, the only true person he cared so deeply about, still burdens him even today, affecting his emotional well-being. He has the everlasting desire to not lose anyone, and hates that he couldn't save his sister, constantly imaging what life would've been like if she was still here with him. He plays the situation over and over in his head, each time with a new way he saves her from her impending death.
- Reckless. Alexandre is an adventurous personality in essence, and does tend to take risks when he sets his heart on something he desires and thrives for. He lets his guard down, which is a fatal mistake.
- Anger Issues. With all that has happened, Alexandre has a thick layer of anger that has built up over the years, and he has constantly surpressed it, believing he can handle it, when in actuality, he cannot.
- Ignorant. Alexandre is rather ignorant in many things within the world, and even with people. More in particular, his chosen destiny. He feels that he doesnt' have the right to continue the destiny which wasn't even meant for him when his sister and best friend was killed because of their destiny.
- Alone. Without his sister, he is very alone and really doesn't have anyone to confide in, or trust. He wants to feel love for someone again, but at the same time feels that no one can compare to the bond he had with his sister.
- Deception. When someone uses his emotions against him, Alexandre can be quite easily decieved or manipulated. If he lets down his guard by trusting someone, he doesn't show much caution in terms of seeing another agenda in them.
- Language Barriers. Although he has been in London for about a year now, he still has the strong French accent and does tend to have some degree of difficulty understanding some of the terms and culture that the British express.
- Girls. Like most guys, Alexandre is a sucker for the good-looking girl with the bubbly personality and the irresistable smile. He has great difficulty trying to resist 'going there' but a lot of the time there is very little he can do. He is a guy, after all.

Alexandre grew up into a high middle class family where his family were well known within the city of Paris as a respectful family and name, who had many fortunes and connections. Alexandre, alongside his twin sister who was born an hour after him, grew up with a somewhat easy life. They didn't have to work like many lower-middle class children their age did, however they were expected to do chores around the house and help out their mother while their father was at work. He was at work most of the time, working hard hours in order to bring in a strong income. Although they enjoyed the luxuries they had because of it, they did just want their father to be around more because they missed spending time with him. He worked as a conveyancer within a law firm, where he did own many shares within that firm. His mother was a nurse, who cut down her hours extensively since having the twins, but still worked enough to earn a considerable income. The twins were therefore home most of the time with either a family member looking after them, usually their favourite aunty, or with a nanny. They liked this, because they could get up to things not usually possible when one of their parents were home. They enjoyed causing some mischief together, but they were still mature children who knew their limits. Most of the time.
In school, they were both academic and had after school hours tuturing from a well paid tutor to help them even further and get better marks during school. They didn't particularily enjoy tutoring because they did enough work at school and wanted to enjoy their nights. However their father was insistant on them achieving the most they could out of school in order to have a great life like he had, and understood the sacrifices of fun for hard work. It was when Alexandre was about six years old that his father enrolled him into Savate classes, which is a form of martial arts, incorporating many French-specific fighting techniques and stances. He did enjoy these classes, because although they were work, they were also fun to do as well. He was pretty good at these classes as well, and by the time he was sixteen had recieved a black belt after ten years of hard work.
Alexandre loved his sister more than anything. At school, they had their own set of friends but usually tried to stick together with eachother as well. Although they bickered at points, they never really got sick of eachother. They brought out the best in eachother, which wasn't always a good thing as they did enjoy making their own adventures, no matter how risky they were. The most fondest example of this was when they snuck out and went to the long-abandoned mansion which was said to be haunted and extremely spooky. It was in doing this that his sister accidentally pushed back a plank of wood, hearing a mysterious 'gnarling' noises and the sound of dust falling the ground, before looking around to find nothing. Unbeknowest to them, she had just killed her first vampire.
When they were late into their life as a sixteen year old, his sister begun having dreams about mysterious creatures, crosses, pain, blood and chaos. She didn't understand them, but after a while they really got to her. Their parents were not concerned, just assuming she was suffering a case of bad dreams, but the twins assumed that trip to the haunted house was coming back to haunt them. However one day when they were out, they were paid a visit by a mysterious man, who was actually revealed to be a watcher, and was his sister's watcher. She begun training her in the art of combat and slaying a vampire. But it was soon becoming evident that she didn't have the physical attributes of a vampire slayer. Alexandre was becoming more aggressive in the Savate classes, accidentally giving one of the peers a bloody nose. He decided to quit after that, not wanting another similar episode. The watcher became curous about this and was intent on telling the council. But before this could happen, the watcher was killed by a gang of vampires, in a random assault.
The two begun to work together more than ever. They went out on nightly patrols to fight vampires without a proper trainer, and continued to accept this destiny they had recieved and liked having to share it with eachother. However one night they returned home after going out with friends to find their mother and father in a bloody mess, dead, on the ground. Nobody knew how they were killed, but after seeing the neck bites, they had a strong feeling. They were both more compelled to take down vampires, successfully taking down a vampire nest in a cemetery not far from their residence. They were not going to give up after what had happened. However one night they were in for more than they expected, as they were attacked by a powerful vampire who knew how to combat their moves and overpower them with his own. This cost Alexandre's sister her life, as he was forced to watch the vampire drain his sister before his eyes. Horrified, he was then beaten by the powerful vampire and drowned in a nearby lake. Just when he was near death, he felt a surge pass through his body, and his sister's words. Wake up.
He woke to find himself on the streets, drenched in watcher, where he was taken in by people he was not familiar with. They cared for him and helped him back to health, before he left and went back to his home, which was something he needed to do. In the process of living and selling the house, he became very reckless, venturing out to streets and cemeteries searching for that one vampire. Instead of killing the vampires straight away, he would inflict pain upon them, even including burning them with lighters. In truth, he feared the vampire, but had to fight against him for his sister. But he was having no luck. Slaying vampires wasn't bringing his sister back or helping him overcome the pain and guilt he was feeling. He begun to have nightmares, finding different ways to save his sister each time and slay that vampire. But they were just making it worse.
When the property settlement papers were finalized, Alexandre, now eighteen and finished school, though recieving lower grades than he had earlier anticipated, moved to London England, not wanting to be around that place anymore for the bad memories. He burned his stake, crosses and everything else they had been given by the watcher or picked up over time. With this money and his father's inheritance, he was able to buy a decent apartment in the nice side of London, but money wasn't making him like this situation any less. He begun looking for colleges which would accept such a low entry grade, hoping to continue his normal life and ignore the rest of the events which had occured.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
At the moment, Alexandre isn't exactly willing to help out the slayer. For starters, because he feels that she is the replacement for his sister. Secondly, because he doesn't want to be involved in this war. He wasn't supposed to be who he was, and he gave up on that fight when his sister was killed by vampires. He will have some difficulty fitting in and choosing sides/the right thing to do early on. Hopefully he'll find friendship in the slayer eventually, and possibly even a love interest with someone so that he is able to move on from the past and live for the "now."
I see something big happening at the climax of the season, possibly after he has developed himself, where he could be fatally injured, and left in a coma where he'd eventually weak up after a duration and have suffered memory loss.

5 Years Experience | Vampire Slayer
Glancing up at his little sister, a momentary smirk was plastered onto the lips of the young man. She always knew how to cheer him up and make him smile when he was feeling down. Thats what he really admired about her, her natural caring. She cares for everyone, no matter who they are or what they have done. A wrong path for a champion, no doubt. She didn't deserve to be burdened with such fates. He really felt with her, yet she had taken on her destiny with open arms, unlike himself. What was there to like? Having powers was fun, but what they were forced to do with them just wasn't too fun. To slay means to kill. They were killers. Vampires were evil, but that didn't phase out the fact that they were still fighting these creatures of the night in order to achieve a world without evil, which was quite impossible if he said so himself. But Alexandra had never given up. He loved her heart, and her spirit. She always told him that he had a heart like hers also, but he couldn't see it. He didn't have her strength...That courage.
He watched as she moved on through the blinding darkness, stake in hand. He hated seeing her with such a item in her possession. In many ways, the gifts he recieved were meant for her...To protect her. But because he had recieved them instead, he knew that it had become his job to protect his little sister and make sure she lives a happy life and is safe from harm and violence. But even he couldn't fight her willingness to their fate...She wanted to make a difference, because she cared too much for people. Being a slayer granted her innate fighting abilities foreign to the average teen girl, but he still worried more than anything for her. Vampires were...Strong, and very deadly. They were gaining power also, strength in numbers. What numbers did they have? Two, although better than one, wasn't enough. He believed in the cause, as she did, however he was worried at how much it had changed their lives...Changed Alexandra. He wanted things to be normal again, he really did.
"We argrn't goeen to feend any vamprgrs...We have looked ahound for hours...We can go home and watch a movee?" She smirked at him, chuckling softly. She wasn't listening to him, she still believed they would come across something. She said this every night they went out in hunt for vampires, only to stumble across one, if any. Slaying one vampire, although mildly satisfying, wasn't making the world a better place. Sure, one less person might eventually survive, but thinking long term, it seemed rather pointless. He wanted to fight on as much as she did...But it was hard, when they didn't know what they were really fighting against, and how powerful the obstacles might be. They were about to find out.
Noticing a lake, they pressed on, before being halted by the sound of rustling bushes nearby. They both turned, startled at the sudden movement, which had completely paused since they realized something was following them. Glancing at Alexandra, he pulled the stake out from his pocket, moving foward slightly. He heard a gasp from Alexandra, and he turned, before being floored with a punch from a mysterious man, who he barely had a chance to identify. Regaining his composure just in time to avoid a blow from the powerful man, with this brief moment allowing him to maintain a standing posistion again. Alexandra had already taken initiative however, going for a punch on the man, who blocked it, and threw her to the side. He just managed to avoid another blow from the man, who saw this as amusing, as a smirk developed on his face. This angered Alexandre further, throwing a punch towards the man, who had caught his fist, twisting it in such a manner that he felt it snap. It had to be broken.
Wincing in pain, Alexandre kicked the man in the gut, then begun firmly holding his wrist, trying to get some feeling back into it and compress the pain. It wasn't working. He charged foward, landing another blow, this time to the man's jaw, who had staggered back slightly. He turned to his sister, with focus in his expression. "Rgrun!" He beckoned, but she refused. She had too much courage and pride for that. He wanted to protect his sister, but how could he when she would refuse the chance at survival? She cared too much, for him, and couldn't leave him. Even though they were brought by fate into this together, it didn't seem right.
The man showed confidence on his face as Alexandre charged towards him again, this time with stake in hand. However the man caught the stake, and threw him into his sister, putting them both to the ground. It was then that he saw more vampires approaching, going directly for Alexandra. No! He couldn't do anything. He was mid-fight with the powerful vampire, and as much as he tried to get an opening, it wasn't working. It wasn't long before he was knocked to the ground and kicked in the gut, tasting blood on his lower lip from another powerful blow from the vampire. The other vampires begun holding him as he watched in horror as the powerful vampire made his way over to his sister, pulling her hair back and taking a bite in her neck. He screamed for her, but it wasn't doing anything. He couldn't break free of their tight hold over him, but once the act was done, they let go, and he bolted towards his dying sister. But it was too late. He heard some last gasps, before she faded away, and then was no more. His sister was dead.
