As Karie entered the abandoned place, she had two things in mind. One was a goal, to summon or find a way to communicate somehow, someway, with someone in her coven. Another thought was that this place was infested with vampires and not entirely safe. Abandoned after the whole battle had been said and done, she knew that she was putting herself in danger. It was night, she was alone, and things could come at her any minute.
But she had her magic, and spells, something she had never been armed with in her life and she was grateful. She pulled her bag off of her shoulders, the weight was killing her. Getting out a lighter, a cloth and a candle, along with a handful of rosemary, she started her spell.
I worship the Goddess Divine In this cool light, moonlit sky With Rosemary for Remembrance I cast my spell Let my spell do my heart's will
The spell itself was lame but she had no choice, the best she could muster in such a short amount of time. Besides, as she recalled, Tommy, Amanda and even Holly her ex-high priestess could do things in the snap of a second and have them work. So, she prayed and hoped it would work. She wanted answers but more importantly, she wanted Sasha.
Saying the spell twice more she finally lit the candle, cool breeze came over the place and she hoped to the Goddess that the spell had worked.

A cool breeze erupted within the abandoned room, which caused the lit candle to extinguish, and be no more. The room was dark for a few moments, before a woman slowly shaded into existance within the room, now looking as if she had belonged there already. However she had a feint glow about her, signifying she wasn't from this world, which she wasn't. At least she wasn't any more. She had been killed, during the coven wars, for trying to make a difference. She did make a difference, but it cost her her life, leading to her being burned at the stake. As a result of such a brutal occurance, she is stuck between worlds, bent on the vengeful desires which she may never be rid of, whilst still waiting to guide hope into surviving witches, such as this one.
Staring blankly at Karie lightly for a moment, she looked around the room, as the glow begun to diminish softly, before it was just bright enough to keep light within the previously darkened room. She remembered Karie, she was a friend. That was why she was chosen as the person to greet Karie in this world when Karie performed a summoning spell. She felt for Karie, she really did. But the first feeling she felt was fear for her, for she could sense danger nearby, and didn't want to see something terrible happen to her former friend. "Karie, its not safe here, you shouldn't have risked summoning me here. If you get caught...Bad things will occur." She looked at Karie, a serious glance, however a thoughtful and friendly one at the same time. She didn't want to see Karie be hurt, she was aware of the pain this woman had endured over the years, leading her to where she is today. "If danger arises, I cannot assist you, I am merely a shade of light sent here to answer your call, and guide you in whatever way you see fit." Moving foward, she moved her hand out to touch Karie's heart, but her hand passed through the woman, as she expected. She could however feel a small gush of wind upon hitting contact with the woman. She closed her eyes for a moment, before reopening.
Surveying the room slightly, she finally brought her glance back to the woman in front of her. "We must hurry...We don't have much time. It is so good to see you again, but what can I help you with my dear?" She had concerns for Karie. After all, spirit summons were powerful dealings of magic, and there had to be a reason she was summoned, and for great purposes. She hoped Karie was well and hadn't gotten herself into any dangers she might not be able to break free of.

While all this was being said, Karie didn't move. She could not believe that this was the mother of Jer and Eli that she had known. Sasha still had red hair and a girlish look she had in life but it was something about her that was off and of course Karie of all people understood, death changed you coming back was another matter but it was something about leaving the earthly plane that changed you forever in your afterlife or in the next life or whatever.
Images of the coven war that had been held in the ruins of castle Kahore flooded through her mind. The black fire, the ghost army, all of it, what had killed Sasha and when had she died, Karie could only assume it was the enemy, her own people had wanted her dead and for what? for aiding Holly and her family? family name was nothing more than that, just a name apparently blood was not thicker than water. She took a deep breath and spoke.
"I wanted you for many things" she told the older witch. She really did have questions. Glancing around at the place she smiled. "This place is heavily warded and cloaked, nothing human, magic or other worldly can break it" that was true, as long as she remained conscious and aware, Karie was safe for a bit longer. Turning to Sasha she finally looked down.
"There was so much scratch, there is so much I have to say and I'll try and get it all out before my energy wears off and this ward is put down at that point I'd have to run...first I want to apologize for what happened, the whole time I was part of the coven, I tried to run, run away I was stuck apparently that's how I felt I abandoned and betrayed my covenants which directly resulted in the death of some and indirectly of others...and for that I do apologize" Karie turned so that Sasha would not see the tears that was in ehr eyes and she tried to even out her voice so that the woman wouldn't hear her shaky and tear stained voice either.
"Second, I want to ask how I gained these powers...some belonged to some in the coven, I recognized them the moment they triggered...but this particular one spirit summoning...I never, ever...had seen a power like this from anyone....and why were the powers of my covenants left with me bacause as you recall, I ws human...I...did you know that I would die...that they would die...is anyone from the battle alive?"
